Quality Cleaning4u provides a cleaning service under the following terms and conditions.

QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to make amendments to these conditions without giving prior notice.

1:Cleaning services

1.1       By requesting QUALITY CLEANING4U to provide a cleaning service by any means including  telephone, email, a booking form or direct conversation the client accepts that these terms and conditions are binding.

1.2          We provide a domestic, office, deep cleaning, after Function cleaning, pre or post relocating cleans and post buildings work cleaning.

1.3         Payment is required for cleaning within forty eight hours of the clean having taken place unless separate payment terms have been agreed in writing by both the customer and QUALITY CLEANING4U Management prior to the clean or cleans taking place.

1.4          QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to suspend its cleaning service if a bill is not paid on the date agreed with QUALITY CLEANING4U management.

1.5        QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to amend an estimate or quote if on arrival conditions or circumstances have varied from the information provided to QUALITY CLEANING4U to obtain either said quote or estimate.

1.6        Time estimates given by QUALITY CLEANING4U for work as requested are only an estimate, as size of the area and the actual level of dirtiness as well as conditions encountered have a direct effect on the time needed such as ironing and or the cleaning of windows or blinds unless such was part of the of the service agreed with QUALITY CLEANING4U management.

1.7        Working with or around contractors or other service providers can require up to 50% more time to complete the same work and QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to amend any cost estimates or quotes and charge accordingly.

1.8          Start and collection times given by QUALITY CLEANING4U are only an estimate as traffic conditions are beyond our control.

1.9         The client agrees to instruct QUALITY CLEANING4U cleaning staff on what tasks to do as per their requirements or provide a list of such giving priorities of tasks to be undertaken.

1.10      QUALITY CLEANING4U will provide all cleaning materials with the exception of toilet cleaners and toilet cleaning brushes. The client may request that we use a specific cleaning product/s of the client’s choice. The client will purchase this product and make it available to QUALITY CLEANING4U cleaning staff to use on their premises.

1.11      Keys may be held at the offices of QUALITY CLEANING4U in a secure key safe. Should there be any loss of a key or keys the liability will be limited to the actual cost of a replacement key and the cutting of.

1.12     The client has the responsibility to deactivate any alarms and no responsibility for the triggering of an alarm system or costs related to a response will be accepted by QUALITY CLEANING4U.

1.13    QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to suspend or cancel a cleaning service if there are problems with the access, water or electricity supplies, or problems working around other contractors and /or service providers, as well as interference from any party. The client will still be held liable for the full cost of the agreed service.

2: Claims and Complaints:

2.1      The client is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage or loss within 24 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will nullify any claim.

2.2     The client is responsible for securing cash, jewellery and any other items of value. QUALITY CLEANING4U has a zero tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty. No responsibility or liability is however accepted for any of the above.

2.3     If a client suspects theft or actual theft has taken place it is the client’s responsibility to report the incident to both QUALITY CLEANING4U management and the Police. The client will lay a charge of theft if actual theft has taken place and follow through to the point of actual prosecution. Failure to do so will nullify any claim against QUALITY CLEANING4U.

2.4       The client or a representative has the responsibility to be present both at the start and end of each service to inspect any cleaning performed. This will enable QUALITY CLEANING4U to rectify any substandard work while still on the premises. Where QUALITY CLEANING4U is only advised later, we will rectify on the next clean or if possible make other arrangements to do so

2.5        The client is responsible for securing or removing all fragile or easily breakable items from areas that need to be cleaned. Items excluded from any liability by QUALITY CLEANING4U are cash, jewellery, art works, antiques and items of sentimental value.

2.6        QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right not to be liable if service is postponed due to broken equipment or any circumstances beyond our direct control, or if there are issues in terms of safety.

2.7       QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right not to be responsible for accidental damage of any nature up to the value of fifty pounds.

3: Insurance:

3.1         QUALITY CLEANING4U has insurance to cover any accidental damages caused by a QUALITY CLEANING4U member of staff at a point of service, subject to the damages been reported within 24 hours of completion of the service in writing either by letter or email to info@qualitycleaning4u.co.uk

3.2      Insurance will not cover items that may breakdown or stop working at any time powered by an electric or gas supply. This would include, but is not restricted to, a vacuum, computer, fridge, freezer, microwave, dish washer, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer or the instability of any item which the client is already aware of, such as headboards, bathroom fixtures or other property fittings. The client is obliged to notify QUALITY CLEANING4U management of fittings that are poorly secured, not secured or appliances that are not in proper working order. No liability will be accepted by QUALITY CLEANING4U for any of the above or for damage caused directly or indirectly to anything else or anyone else.

4: Good Business Relationships:

4.1       No client will be entitled to a full or partial refund; this is subject to the discretion of QUALITY CLEANING4U management.

4.2      Should a client not be satisfied with the level of service from a member of our cleaning staff and such is conveyed to QUALITY CLEANING4U within the prescribed 24hr period of completion of the service, QUALITY CLEANING4U reserves the right to do a re-clean of the specific area at an agreed time. The client will need to be present during the re-clean. A re-clean will only be carried out once.

5: Cancellation and Postponement of Services:

5.1            A booked or routine service may be postponed or cancelled as the case may be up to 24 hrs prior to an agreed starting time of the cleaning service. The request must be per email or direct telephone call with QUALITY CLEANING4U management and needs to be confirmed by QUALITY CLEANING4U to be valid. The client undertakes to be liable for the full fee should the request be made within the 24 hr. period (less than 24 hrs.).

5.2          The client is responsible to provide access to QUALITY CLEANING4U as agreed and in the event of a no show or lock out by the client the client will be held liable for the full service fee.

6:  Employing QUALITY CLEANING4U Staff:

6.1       No staff member or ex staff of QUALITY CLEANING4U may be offered or given temporary or permanent employment by the client directly or indirectly such as their family or work without prior negotiation with QUALITY CLEANING4U. The period of protection is agreed to as 6 (six) months. This applies to the date of termination of services of QUALITY CLEANING4U by the client irrespective of any cause or reason. Should a staff or ex staff member be employed within the said 6 month period the client agrees to be liable for a referral fee of seventy five pounds per day that QUALITY CLEANING4U provided a service in a given week.

Law and Jurisdiction

The validity, construction and performance of this contract shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which you and we submit.
